I. Trade Alerts

Can I opt into SMS alerts for my paid subscriptions?

  1. Yes! Just fill out this SMS opt-in FORM.

What do I do if I’m not receiving my alerts?

  1. Please make sure to check your spam & junk folders as the emails sometimes end up there

  2. Search “[email protected]” in your mailbox as this is the email address the alerts are sent from

  3. If you still don’t see any trades, please reach out to the Customer Success team at [email protected] or 1 (877) 440-9464 and we will get you all set up with the alerts!

When can I expect to start receiving the trade alerts?

  1. There is no set date or time for the alerts to be sent out. For example - you have a Starter service that provides 2 trades each month. There is a possibility that both trades can be sent out in the first two weeks of the month.

What if the trade alert is confusing?

  1. We recommend reading the full analysis breakdown of the trade

  2. If uncertain, just reach out to the Customer Success team at [email protected] or 1 (877) 440-9464 and we will be happy to assist you.

II. Payment / Billing / Cancel & Refund Policy

How can I update my payment method on the Research site?

1. Please give us a call at 1 (877) 440-9464 and we will update your method

How do I cancel my subscription?

All you have to do is fill out the cancellation form online. The ‘cancel’ option is available in

the “My Subscriptions” page linked below.

You can also cancel by calling the Customer Success team at [email protected]om

or 1 (877) 440-9464.

  1. Press ‘1’ for all Newsletters (Trade Alert Services), Trading School, & Chat Room inquiries.

  2. Press ‘2’ for all Benzinga Pro inquiries.

What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy For the Subscription services?

  1. Benzinga does offer a 30 day refund window for all subscription purchases

  2. Monthly Renewal charges are non-refundable.

  3. Annual Renewal charges are refundable if canceled within 7 days from the renewal date.

If my service isn’t a good fit, do I have the ability to switch to something different?

Sure thing! Just reach out to the customer support team at [email protected] or 1 (877) 440-9464 and we will be happy to switch you to a different service of equal value.

I canceled my subscription but it is still showing as active. Why isn’t it canceled?

  1. Once you fill out the cancellation form, the subscription status is changed to pending cancellation. This means that the subscription will expire upon the following renewal charge to avoid any future charges.

III. Accessibility

How can I access the Benzinga Research Site?

  1. Just go to www.benzinga.com/research to access your Research subscription(s).

What if my password doesn’t work?

  1. That’s an easy fix! Just click the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the checkout page and a password reset link will be sent to your imputed email address.

  2. Or, just reach out to the Customer Success team at [email protected] or 1 (877) 440-9464 and we’d be happy to set up a new password to access.

IV. Does Benzinga Research include access to Benzinga Pro?

The only Research site subscriptions that have full access to Benzinga Pro are both of the Trading Schools.

The Research site is a one stop shop for Trade Alerts, Live Trading Chat Rooms, & Trading Education.

Benzinga Pro helps you profit by alerting you to News Catalysts before major price moves.

V. Inner Circle Chat Rooms

  1. You can access Nic Chahine’s Chat Room here: https://www.benzinga.com/research/options-nic-chahine/chat

Every Morning, Nic posts the Video Meeting Link & Password in “Nic’s Important Messages’ channel.

Click the link, download the meeting app, enter the password, and you’ll be in the meeting!

2. You can access Matt Maley’s Room here:

  1. There is no live video trading room. All communication is done within the Chat Room itself

VI. Trading Schools

  1. I missed a live class, is there a way I can access the recording?

    1. Yes! Just navigate to the ‘Video Library’ tab. This is where you will go to access all previous classes.

  1. Can I ask the Teacher questions directly?

    1. Yes! There are two options to do so:

      1. Type your question into the “Questions for Mark (or Chris)” channel within the Chat Room.

      2. Search for the Teacher’s name in the search field of the chat room. Click on their name and a direct message will pop up
