We don't have restrictions against users using VPN or Proxy services, but you might need to change VPN servers or locations in cases where the server you are connected to is known to be associated with bad actors.

For security reasons we sometimes block IPs of bad actors and when using public VPN services, it's possible for you to end up on the same VPN server.
