If you are dissatisfied with your Benzinga Pro annual subscription within the first 7 days of payment* (initial purchase period), please contact us via chat, phone at (877) 440-9464, or by email at [email protected] to let us know that you would like to terminate your account.
If you terminate during the initial purchase period, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.
To avoid further charges after the initial purchase period, you will want to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle starts. This can be done within the Pro platform in the Billing section of the profile page.
For full transparency, all Benzinga Pro accounts are set to auto-renew.
*The 7-day period for refunds also applies to renewals. It does not apply to monthly charges or discounted intro pricing.
